Euro now approaching highs of 1.2395, just ahead of key resistance level of 1.2405. Next level to watch 1.2440/45 resistance with stops above. Support at 1.2330/35 , then 1.2300/05, with stops below .
Yen resistance at 78.75/80 , then 79.20/25. Support 78.10/15, then 78.00/05, With Usd/Yen at these levels I don’t think you need to worry about ‘intervention’ , and we might not hear from Mr. Azumi again .
Aud resistance 1.0590/95, then 1.0635/40. Support 1.0530/35, then 1.0490.
Looking like we are going to start with a softer tone to the Usd dollar and the Yen .
Gbp looking weak from Friday’s close at 1.5607/11 , Gerry pointed to the article from the U.K. Telegraph with the BOE stating the U.K economy is at a standstill. Opens the door for more stimulus talk.
