- exports real mm -4.0% vs +9.7% prev revised down from +9.9%
- imports real mm -5.3% vs -0.6% prev revised up from -0.8%
- watch exports fall 6.2% in Jan yy
- Jan gold exports fell to 119.5 tons
Strong retreat in both imports and exports but the latter exceeding and hence improved trade balance figure overall.
USDCHF 1.0052 and EURCHF 1.0642 both tightly contained.
