ps .... as a guide to timing of a military strike, keep a watch for:
- Any announcement of countries having reached an agree on a plan of action (don't expect specifics on what the action will be ... jus of agreements etc.)
- Movement of military assets (Eg. this above, also UK submarine movements reported earlier)
- Further talks with Russia (eg. I posted earlier on negotiations with the Russian Ministry of Defence)
