The USD lost ground in Asia today. the moves were not large, just a general slip for the dollar.
EUR/USD tested towards 1.07, cable towards 1.4775.
NZD/USD broke above US timezone highs, topping out today just a tic or so above 0.7451 before giving back 25-odd points (its on its low for the pullback as I write).
AUD/USD gained, too, though not quite as strongly a the Kiwi. There was plenty from Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Stevens, both from a prepared text and responses to a question session but little response from the AUD to him.
Oil ends almost flat on the session, Gold too. Asian equities were flat to slightly lower on the session (as of writing)
