Greek PM Tsipras:
- review will be concluded without adoption of further measures over those agreed last August
- contingency mechanism doesn't mean additional measures
- mechanism won't have to be triggered
- Eurogroup meeting shows Greece is not isolated and has support from EU govts
- May 24 Eurogroup meeting will show Greece has turned the page
