Don't get your hopes up
The market believes the Reserve Bank of Australia is firmly on the sidelines. The latest decision on interest rates is at 0330 GMT.
The market is looking for no change. No chance of a hike is priced in and just a 1.7% chance of a cut.
Looking further out, it's much the same. Most analysts aren't seriously contemplating a move until late in the year, when some start to see a hike. For November, the implied probability of higher rates is 10.2% but that rises to 29.5% in December.
The thinking for today's RBA meeting is they will remain neutral and offer few clues as to what might happen next.
