Not good data and the market has broken out of its malaise to post new lows in most pairs
GBPUSD triggered stops through 1.6160 to post 1.6180. currently 1.6165
EURUSD similarly took out 1.2750 to post 1.2760. currently 1.2748
USDJPY testing bids at 107.75 again but holding still. currently 107.82
USDCHF shadowing EURUSD still and down to 0.9451 lows with EURCHF drifting off again toward 1.2050.
AUDUSD finally taken out good offers at 0.8850 to post 0.8882 in a rush. currently 0.8866
USDCAD lower but still not taken out decent bids at 1.1200. currently 1.1212 after 1.1206 lows
Tempting to fade into this given that the appetite to take anything too far ahead of tomorrow’s FOMC will be limited, but equally we could just see consolidation around these new levels on the day.
