Trump: Most tariffs will start April 2 and be reciprocal

I think that if he sticks to this 'reciprocal' theme and doesn't include anything like Europe's VAT or Canada's HST -- which are not tariffs -- then most of the trade angst can come out of the market.

China is still the battle though and that's TBD.
