UK Brexit secretary Barclay to hold talks with European Commission on Friday

As confirmed by a UK government spokesperson

Barclay will travel to Brussels to meet with members from the commission to discuss on Brexit matters again. I wonder if this has any truth in describing the talks that will take place:
