Expect a quiet start in Japanese trading
Typhoon Trami is expected to cause major disruptions throughout Japan as it hits the south of the country and tracks across all the most-populous regions.
Trans and flights have been cancelled and the storm is expected the strengthen. Already nearly 450,000 homes and businesses are without power.
It's currently classified as 'very strong', second on the JMA scale with winds at 222 km/h (138 mph).
