Trump says will do State of the Union address when shutdown is over

Who knows when that will be?

In case you missed it, Trump dared Pelosi to cancel his address and in response she duly did so last night here. The shutdown entered Day 33 yesterday and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight just yet.
