Theresa May defeated in vote as UK lawmakers change blueprint

UK politicians voted in favour of changing May's Brexit blueprint. The vote was 309-305 in a defeat for May.

The vote gives lawmakers the final say on Brexit.

Cable is back down close to where it was before the FOMC decision.
