Whenever someone recommends a retail stock, and I get intrigued by the story, I tell myself to "Lie down until the feeling goes away". It is just too damn hard to predict the fickleness of consumer buying habits.
One time I liked a Michael Kors watch I received. It was stylish (to me), not too expensive. It did not have Seiko on it. It told time. So I bought the stock....Apparently, the idea was not a good idea.
