One of the crack analytical firms has put out a report saying that the ECB will not cut rates Thursday.
As of Friday’s close, the futures markets put the odds of a cut a 2%, so that is not the boldest call ever put forward.
Nonetheless, EUR/USD has caught a bid and has firmed above 1.3060.
