Italy set to declare state of national emergency after confirming first two cases of the new coronavirus

According to a statement by the government

In case you missed it, Italy had announced that they will be blocking flights to and from China after the cases were confirmed earlier today.

Are we already seeing one of the first few signs of hysteria?
