European Union regulators have flight tests for Boeing's 737 Max scheduled from the first week of September.
- European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) tests to proceed in Vancouver, Canada in the week beginning 7 September
- US regulators have begun similar test flights but EASA says that US Federal Aviation Administration clearance does not automatically allow the plane to fly in Europe.
