Spring budget will be the final spring budget and budget will be moved to Autumn
No shit, but he's going to then have a spring statement from 2018 :-D
The long and short is that he's not going to be issuing a budget and then tinkering with it later in the year. The Spring statement will be a review and publication of the OBR's forecasts that come at that time, there will be no additional budget changes at that time.
