October reading a touch better than expectations

The Eurozone consumer confidence comes in at -1.0 vs -1.1 estimate. The level is better than expectations and also better than the prior month of -1.2%.

Although negative the index is at a 16 year high. Grading on a curve, the reading is pretty good even though it is negative.
