Cohn: It won't be possible to back-date tax cuts to start of 2017

That's a negative

One of the ideas floated out there was to backdate the tax cuts because that would have provided a quick boost to the economy. Evidently, it's a dead idea.

Cohn also said Trump won't agree to a 22% corporate tax rate. I'm not sure I buy that, I doubt he would veto the bill.
