Tuesday UK time will bring a vote again on an election in the UK in December
- The UK PM will try again for a 12 December general election
- Johnson will propose a bill that would only need a simple majority to succeed (ie not the two thirds as required in previous attempts)
- Johnson will still need support from the Lib Dems and the SNP for it to pass, but, crucially, not Labour
I'll try to get more on this, it does seem rather peculiar that this does not require a two thirds majority for an election.
