Another drop in this indicator of the price of houses in Australia
Amongst the concerns for the economy in Oz is falling house prices could weigh on consumer spending via the 'wealth effect' (ie falling house prices will make us feel poorer so we spend less)
This is not the only worry (when is there only one worry?). Tightening loan standards, further falls to come …. the list goes on.
Not to mention external factors weighing (hello trade war)
