AUD falling further, range still not large (yet?)

The Australian dollar initially fell alongside a rising USD a few minutes ago but has since dropped a little further

Its down around 25 points on the session:

The continuing political instability will be doing it any favours:

• Australia's finance minister has tendered his resignation

Also indications all is not rosy on the economy:

• ANZ 90% indicator of slowing Australia growth ... uh-oh

Not to mention possible repercussions from China on this:

• Australia bans China's Huawei from participating in mobile network infrastructure build
