Reserve Bank of Australia rate hikes forecast - a longer and higher cycle

All the current#RBA focus is on when the first move might be.

But how long and high the tightening cycle might be is more important.

We think there are good reasons to expect a longer and higher cycle than the market is pricing.

The Reserve Bank of Australia next meet on Tuesday 27 January 2022, earlier previews:

• The RBA meet on Tuesday 1 February: "will surely capitulate on its rates outlook"
• ANZ on the upcoming RBA meeting - 'QT' signal
