ANZ raise its forecast for the RBA terminal rate to 4.35% (from 4.10%)

Earlier on the Reserve Bank of Australia:

• Two outliers are forecasting another 75bp of rate hikes from the RBA, cash rate to 4.6%

ANZ have bumped their end-rate higher:

• We no longer see 4.1% as sufficient to bring inflation back to the target in a reasonable time.
• We see August most likely for a move.

The next Reserve Bank of Australia meeting is on June 6.
