May 8 is the next meeting, the announcement will be accompanied by a Monetary Policy Statement and media conference. The RBNZ often move at meetings which have these, which makes part of JPMs reasoning.
JPM cite Orr's personal desire to cut. Adds that argument for cuts at consecutive meetings is not really driven by data, so it can be done quickly. Wow.
