All 64 economists see the Reserve Bank of Australia holding the cash rate at record low 1.5% at the Dec. 6 meeting

  • 17 respondents forecast an RBA easing by mid-2017 (was 29 at last month's poll)
  • 20 see rate hike by Q1 2018
