Reserve Bank Governor Graeme Wheeler is to speak at the Canterbury Employers’ Chamber of Commerce in Christchurch. The speech will be released at 1pm local time (0000GMT). I have no topic for the speech, but if he comments on the economy and the outlook expect him to warn of interest rates hikes coming soon and also to say the kiwi dollar is too high.
