RBNZ's Gov. Orr says the Bank's easing bias is a starting point for policy committee

Reserve Bank of New Zealand have a brand new monetary policy committee, beginning Monday 1 April.

On Wednesday (March 27) the RBNZ switched to an easing bias (from previously neutral), a move that was, on balance, unexpected. The NZD was marked lower and has been on the heavy side since.
