The major US stock indices are ending the day with modest gains, but any gains mean they they are record closes.
Although higher, the indices did reach record intraday highs, before correcting lower:
- S&P is ending the day up 3.16 points or 0.12% TO 2537.74. The high reache 2540.53. The low 2531.80
- Nasdaq is ending up 2.915 points or 0.04% to 6534.629. The high reached 6546.46. The low 6513.11
- Dow ends up 19.97 points or 0.09% to 22661.64. The high extended to 22685. The low reached 22632.80
Down, up and back down, but still records across the board.
