The USD is mostly higher but gains are modest
The snapshot of the strongest and weakest of the major currencies is showing the NZD is the strongest, while the CHF is the weakest. The USD is mostly higher with gains mostly in the CHF, JPY and the EUR. The dollar is lower vs. the NZD and the GBP.
The GBP is being helped by a tumble in the EURGBP. The EURUSD is trading at the lows after the ECB meeting minutes were more dovish (certainly compared to Nowotny's comments from a few days ago). The GBPUSD is meanwhile trading near the highs.
The USDJPY and USDCHF are trading near high extremes.
