The next circuit breaker comes in at -13%
On the restart the major indices fell below the -8% level in very volatile trading:
Currently the S&P index is -8.01% at 2522.67. The low price reached 2508.93.
Recall from an earlier post the lower trend line on the S&P index cuts across around the 2500 level.
