Fed Governor Randy Quarles is to resign at the end of December.
That brings the number of Fed Governor positions that Pres. Biden will have to fill ahead:
- Randy Quarles
- Richard Clarida ends in January
- Fed Chair Powell who's term ends in February
- One other unfilled seat.
