Off to a bad start for the week
The major European stocks are starting the week with declines:
- German Dax is down -0.55%
- UKs FTSE fell -1.18%
- France's CAC fell -0.88%
- Spain's Ibex fell -0.70%
- Italy's FTSE MIB fell -0.91%
- Portugal's PSI20 fell -0.73%
In the 10 year debt sector in the EU were mostly lower:
- Germany 0.302%, unchanged
- France 0.655%, -1.0 basis points
- UK 1.253%, -2.5 basis points
- Spain 1.294%, -2.7 basis points
- Italy 2.650%, -2.9 basis points
- Portugal 1.763%, -2.5 basis points
As London traders look to exit, the JPY and the USD remain near the top as investors are concerned about global trade. The AUD and NZD (risk off pairs) are leading the way on the downside.

- US yields are mixed with the yield curve flattening. 2 year 2.5404%, up 1.2 bps. The 10 year is at 2.8547%, down -0.5 bps
