EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY and USDCHF making breaks
The dollars moving to new session highs as the day works toward the close:
EURUSD: The EURUSD has moved below its 100 hour moving average and trendline at the 1.12933 level and trades down to a new session low of 1.12752. Stay below tilts the bias more to the downside. The price of the EURUSD is not traded below since February 21
GBPUSD: The GBPUSD is trying to extend below its 200 hour moving average and 61.8% retracement at the 1.29063. The last 3 hourly bars has traded below that level but could not sustain the momentum. We currently trade above that level at 1.1215.
USDJPY. The USDJPY broke above its 100 hour moving average at 104.952 on its way to a new high at 105.91. The USDJPY as running nearly 400 pips to the upside in trading today. The move above the 100 hour moving average was the 1st break above the moving average level since February 24. Stay above is more bullish.
USDCHF: The USDCHF has also been able to extend above its 100 hour moving average at 0.9392 on its way to a new high of 0.9410. The price has since moved down back below that moving average level. A move back above would be more bullish.
