Moving average comes in around the 0.8000 level
The AUDUSD is trading at the high for the day, and in the process is testing the 200 week MA. That MA comes in at 0.8000.
Last week, the MA (at was at 0.8006 last week), was broken on the way to a high of 0.8065. However, that break failed, and the price has remained below the MA since the failed move.
Today we opened lower, but found support in the 100 hour MA level (see blue line in the chart above). If the pair was going lower, it needs to get and stay below those MA levels - at a minimum..
On the topside it is all about getting above the 0.8000-06 area. We will see what the new day brings.
