The 0.72507-544 area is the next target
The AUDUSD trades to another session low and in the process is testing the next support targets at 0.72507-544 area (see prior posts here and here).
That area is the home of a number of swing lows from August 14 and again on August 16 and August 17. In between, the price did crack lower to a low of 0.72018. The area from 0.72018 and 0.72507 is the extreme area for the pair. The price had not traded that low since January 3, 2017.
Looking at the daily chart below, the August low fell below a lower trend line but that break failed. The old trend line currently comes in at 0.7207.
