Stocks rebounding. S&P back in positive territory and on pace for a record close

Stocks close at new record highs

The major US stock indices are all in positive territory and all are on pace to close at a record level.

Both the S&P and the Dow industrial average closed at record levels yesterday. Any positive result today will be another new record.

The NASDAQ index closed just below its record level yesterday, but is above the high closing level from October 2 at 22824.97. The current price is trading at 22846.45 up 91 points or 0.40%.

The S&P is currently up 9.87 points after trading down -17.97 points at session lows.

The Dow industrial average is up 130 points or 0.28% at 46572. The low price for the index saw the index down -157.53 points

US yields are mixed, with the two-year up 0.2 basis points and 3.547%. The 10-year yield is down -1.9 basis points and 4.086%.
