HP Inc. reported fourth quarter (ended October 31 2025) revenue of US$14.64 billion, topping consensus of ~US$14.53 billion.
- Adjusted earnings per share came in at US$0.93, just ahead of the US$0.92 estimate.
- Looking ahead, HP sees fiscal 2026 non-GAAP EPS in a range of US$2.90 to US$3.20, falling short of the Street at ~US$3.32, and anticipates free cash flow of US$2.8-3.0 billion.
The company also announced a workforce reduction of 4,000-6,000 jobs by the end of FY2028 as part of a restructuring initiative. The cost-savings plan is targeted at about US$1 billion gross run-rate by end of FY2028, with restructuring charges of roughly US$650 million. Management emphasised discipline amid macro headwinds and supply chain cost pressures, particularly in print and personal systems segments, and reiterated focus on AI-PCs, workflow productivity solutions and global manufacturing footprint optimisation.
