  • The fifth vehicle, an electric van designed for North America, will be led by Hyundai and manufactured in the U.S. as early as 2028.
  • GM will take the lead on the mid-size pickup, while Hyundai will spearhead development of the compact car and electric van. The two automakers expect to sell over 800,000 units annually once production ramps up.
