There's not much in it to start the new day, with European indices keeping the more tentative mood from yesterday. French stocks are at least seen stabilising a little but the political turmoil remains a risk for now. As for Wall Street, tech shares led declines yesterday but it's just a shave off the top after fresh record highs on Monday. US futures are flat now and that's not helping to provide much other direction to start the session.
