Closing changes:
- Dow industrial average fell 0.4%
- S&P index fell 0.5%
- NASDAQ index fell -0.5%
- Russell 2000 fell -1.0%
- Toronto TSX Composite fell 0.1%
These are some decent-sized losses but the lows came at 1 pm ET and from their the market roughly halved its loss. Tesla and Oracle were among the biggest laggards, down 4.4% and 5.5%, respectively.
