- Dow industrial average fell -349.26 points or -0.91% at 37965.60. At session highs the index was up 885.91 point while and session lows the index fell -1703 points.
- S&P index fell -11.83 points or -0.23% at 5062.25. At session high the index was up 172.49 points. At the days lows the index fell -239 points.
- NASDAQ index rose 15.48 points or 0.10% at 15603.26. At session highs the index was up 704.49 points. At session lows the index was down -803.75 points.
The S&P closing above the natural support at 5000 was a modest positive. The low price reached 4835 points which was the lowest level going back to January 2024.
