Tesla expects first Semi trucks to enter production by end-2025 at its Nevada gigafactory, with full ramp-up planned through 2026, according to Semi program head Dan Priestley.

- Semi production has faced repeated delays, missing original 2019 and 2024 targets set by Tesla and CEO Elon Musk. 
- Tesla’s shipment plans for Semi and Cybercab components from China were suspended, after Trump raised tariffs on Chinese goods to 145%, forcing Tesla to reassess.
