EUROPEAN SESSION
In the European session, the only highlight is going to be the French CPI report. The CPI Y/Y is expected at 0.6% vs 0.8% prior, while the HICP Y/Y is seen at 0.6% vs 0.7% prior. Unless we see big deviations, the data is unlikely to change much for the ECB. As a reminder, the central bank is focused on core inflation and it repeated many times that it won't respond to small or short-term deviations from the 2% target.
AMERICAN SESSION
In the American session, we don't have anything on the agenda as the partial US government shutdown delayed the US Job Openings report that was scheduled for today (the US NFP report on Friday was also delayed). We have a couple of Fed speakers on the calendar but they are unlikely to deviate from their recent comments as they await more data.
CENTRAL BANK SPEAKERS

- 14:40 GMT/09:40 ET - Fed's Bowman (dovish - voter)
