Statement for the French Presidency:
- Leaders of Germany, France and Poland have expressed their join support for Ukrainian sovereignty
- Also expressed joint support for the implementation of the Minsk ceasefire agreement
In an editorial note the French Presidency statement says this illustrates European convergence on a demanding approach to Russia
