Over the four weeks ending November 8, 2025, U.S. private employers cut an average of 13,500 jobs per week, according to ADP’s NER Pulse, which provides preliminary, seasonally adjusted weekly employment estimates using a four-week moving average and high-frequency ADP payroll data. The NER Pulse is released three times per month on Tuesdays at 8:15am ET (except during weeks when the full ADP National Employment Report is published) and includes 12 weeks of historical data, with figures subject to revision as new data arrives.
