USD/JPY traded back to 153.00 in the US afternoon and bounced nicely to around 153.70 or so. Its subsequently dribbled back down again to below 153.00 and is just above there as I update.
Worries / hopes (depending on your perspective) are of the Bank of Japan intervening again during the holiday session (Japan and China are out).
