US State Dept says Nord Stream 2 will not move forward if Russia invades Ukraine

Was speaking on US NPR:

• “I want to be very clear: if Russia invades Ukraine one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward,”

Reuters had the headline but there is little further info still.

I posted this headline earlier, just adding that little more (above) now - not a lot more on this.
