US Senate passes gun safety legislation, heads now to a House vote and then Biden to sign

  • Not FX but a rare gun-control measure approved in the US

Senate passes the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, 65-33

US gun laws have gone largely unchanged for more than 25 yrs.

The lower house will vote on the legislation likely Friday, where its expected to easily pass. Then it heads to US President Biden for signing into law.

Let's hope it leads to much less mass murder in the US.
