US mortgage rates continue climb higher

Freddie Mac reports that US 30-year fixed mortgage rates have climbed to 3.92%, up 23 basis points in a week. That's the kind of thing that can take the air out of a market, or certainly leave some prospective home buyers licking their wounds.
